What to Expect

  1. You will receive an email to confirm your booking, as well as an additional reminder email with the date, time, and location prior to your activity.
  2. An instructor will guide you through safety and equipment familiarisation and a demonstration of skills
  3. A practice period with the instructor will take place before you move on to some games and friendly (or not-so-friendly) competition.
